Return-Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92 370 0272065.
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the original content remaining, and should be returned in its original packaging.
All return and exchange requests are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 7–14 working days.
Please note that delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any delivery costs associated with exchanging a product.
However, if the product arrives damaged or leaking, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return and replacement.
Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
